The zeolite wheel is essentially an adsorption concentration device, and its working principle is based on the unique adsorption performance of zeolite molecular sieves. The zeolite wheel consists of three functional areas: adsorption zone, desorption zone, and cooling zone, and is shaped like a disk and can rotate slowly. When exhaust gas containing VOCs passes through the adsorption zone, zeolite molecular sieves, with their huge specific surface area and rich microporous structure, can efficiently adsorb organic pollutants in the exhaust gas onto their own surface. As the wheel rotates, the adsorption saturated region enters the desorption zone. In the desorption zone, high-temperature hot air is introduced to desorb the adsorbed VOCs from the surface of the zeolite molecular sieve, thereby achieving the regeneration of the zeolite wheel. The high concentration exhaust gas after desorption is collected and enters the subsequent treatment process. After detachment, the rotating wheel area enters the cooling zone for cooling and restoration of initial adsorption activity, in order to resume adsorption work. The entire process repeats itself, continuously adsorbing, concentrating, and pre treating the exhaust gas.
