一、活性炭催化燃烧
1、 Activated carbon catalytic combustion
挥发性有机废气(VOCs)经高效过滤器过滤后,进入蜂窝活性炭吸附模块被吸附、浓缩,借助催化剂使有机废气在较低的起燃温度条件下,发生无焰燃烧,并氧化分解为二氧化碳和水,从而达到净化废气的目的。

After being filtered by a high-efficiency filter, volatile organic compounds (VOCs) enter the honeycomb activated carbon adsorption module for adsorption and concentration. 二、沸石转轮催化燃烧
2、 Zeolite rotary catalytic combustion
沸石转轮吸附浓缩装置以陶瓷纤维为基材,表面涂覆疏水性沸石做吸附剂,通过沸石转轮对挥发性有机废气进行吸附压缩,提高浓度,再将高浓度的废气分子脱附后送入催化氧化炉进行无焰燃烧,分解成二氧化碳和水,达到对有机废气净化的目的。

三、蓄热式燃烧分解
3、 Regenerative combustion decomposition
蓄热式燃烧分解技术是在直接燃烧法的基础上发展出来的新技术,通过燃烧天然气在高温下将有机废气氧化分解为二氧化碳和水,实现净化处理。RTO设备内装有陶瓷蓄热体,能够将燃烧废气时产生的热量充分利用起来,且系统维护工作少,与直接燃烧法相比,大大降低了运行费用。由于节能效果明显 ,RTO设备在有机废气治理中得到了广泛应用。
Thermal storage combustion decomposition technology is a new technology developed on the basis of direct combustion method, which oxidizes and decomposes organic waste gas into carbon dioxide and water at high temperature by burning natural gas, achieving purification treatment. The RTO equipment is equipped with ceramic heat storage bodies, which can fully utilize the heat generated during the combustion of exhaust gas, and require less system maintenance work.
