深度处理阶段则通过快捷沉淀、反硝化滤池、臭氧催化氧化、生物炭滤池等手段进一步去除难降解有机物和氮磷等营养物质。某医化产业园污水处理厂采用“预臭氧接触池+絮凝沉淀池+AO生化池+芬顿氧化池+快捷沉淀池+臭氧催化氧化池+生物滤池+转盘滤池”组合工艺,对主要污染物(COD、氨氮、总氮、苯胺)的去除率分别达到95.2%、95.1%、87.9%、94.6%。污泥处理则采用“重力浓缩+高压隔膜板框”工艺,可将污泥含水率压至60%以下。
