沸石转轮使用常见注意事项及高温再生与清洗保养流程

　　因为处理气体、冷却气体、及再生气体都通过转轮的蜂窝孔。因此，气流中粉屑过多会使转轮蜂窝孔堵塞。所以根据粉屑的种类、程度，在处理气体入口处需要设置空气过滤器。对于转轮的保养也要有很多注意事项！

　　1.定期检查转轮的外观、堵塞情况等，确认是否有异常。若发现堵塞的前兆，请使用吸尘器进行清扫，或用水清洗。2.若灰尘堆积己经使蜂窝孔完全堵塞了的话，清洗工作会变得非常困难。3.若初期状态的话，通过用吸尘器吸收应该能比较容易除去粉屑。一旦变得固化，就必须使用水来清洗了。4.用水进行清洗时，请事先通过室外空气使转轮冷却后再进行。清洗时使用的水温需要低于50°C，请一定要避免使用蒸汽。另外，因为碱水有可能成为引起转轮性能劣化的原因，请避免使用。

　　1.外气导入;推荐将外气代替工厂排放气导入转轮。2.将处理风机关闭,但是如果有排气从排放口逆流回转轮时，请运转处理风机，此时可保持最低风量（运转）节约运行成本。3.再生温度升温；到设定温度（250°C）为止的升温过程，至少要经过1小时以上，以定速回转运行。4.在250°C温度稳定后，请维持该状态运转24小时（推荐，最少12小时）注意：①高温活化运转前请确认转轮表面没有烟雾颗粒附着。②如果升温过程太快会导致浓缩转轮起火。③再生温度超过250℃时，转轮表面固化层、密封条、密封胶、风管以及附带装置有受热损伤的风险。
