三室RTO焚烧炉是目前主流的应用装置,其工作原理为:将有机废气加热至760度以上,使废气中的有机物氧化分解成二氧化碳和水;氧化反应产生的高温气体流经蓄热体,使蓄热体升温而“蓄热治,并用于预热后续进入的有机废气,从而节省废气升温所消耗的燃料量;蓄热体分为三个室,每个室依次经历“蓄热一放热一清扫冶等程序,周而复始,连续工作;蓄热室“放热治后立即引入适量洁净空气对该室进行清扫,待清扫完成后才能进入“蓄热冶程序;处理后的尾气由风机引至排气筒排放。

After the heat release treatment of the heat storage chamber, an appropriate amount of clean air is immediately introduced to clean the chamber, and only after the cleaning is completed can it enter the "heat storage smelting program". The treated exhaust gas is led to the exhaust pipe by a fan for discharge.

(1)废气入RTO炉前根据其成分、热值等参数进行搭配,生产过程及设备检修吹扫过程中均必须保证焚烧炉始终处于稳定运行状态;(2)进料口须保持气密性,进料系统应处于微负压状态,防止气体逸出;

(3)炉膛实际运行温度必须高于760度,才可能达到99%以上破坏去除率;

(4)燃烧室耐火材料的质量须达到相应的技术标准,技术性能应满足燃烧气氛的要求,并能够承受炉膛工作状态的交变热应力;(5)配备自动监控及反馈系统,对主要工艺参数进行自动调节,并在线显示运行工况和尾气排放参数;6)安装防爆门或其他防爆设施,燃烧室后设置紧急排放烟图,并设置联动装置使其只能在事故或紧急状态时才可启动。
