废气处理设备活性炭吸附系统后经过滤后经由风机送至吸附区,废气通过吸附剂被吸附得到净化,净化后的气体从另一端被排出。接着被反方向吹扫的热空气脱附解吸,脱附下来的VOCs废气被收集进行集中处理,吸附剂被进入冷却区冷却后,入吸附区再次进行吸附。

沸石转轮一体机活性炭孔穴丰富,比表面积大,具有较好的广谱适用性,相比沸石分子筛吸附容量要大,是目前使用广泛的吸附剂。不过湿度对其吸附性能有较大影响,当废气中有大量水蒸气时,吸附性能会大幅降低。而且由于解吸时温度较高,存在易燃等安全性隐患。活性炭纤维是继活性炭后研制出新型吸附材料,其商业化生产始于上个世纪六十年代。与颗粒和粉末活性炭相比,活性炭纤维具有很高的抗拉强度和弹性,因而可以加工成为布、织物、纸、毡等多种形式。活性炭纤维有直接成型为蜂窝状,制作成吸附转轮。

不仅如此,活性炭纤维有很高的比表面积,其BET比表面积可达1000~2000m2,且孔径分布窄、均匀,并以微孔为主,其吸附量大,吸附快,再生容易,具有优异的吸脱附性能。活性炭纤维的应用领域也非常的广泛,在水处理、空气净化中都有使用。沸石分子筛阻燃性好,可耐受高温。沸石分子筛使用疏水性高硅分子筛,相对湿度RH>60%的废气工况下依然有良好的吸附性能,虽然成本比活性炭高,但是易于解吸,可循环使用更加环保。

分子筛吸附浓缩系统的主要应用于各种喷漆车间(汽车制造、造船、自行车制造、飞机制造、金属制品等)的排气处理,各种印刷车间(凹版印刷、建筑装潢材料印刷、其他各种印刷过程)的排气处理,铝型材生产、镀膜加工工艺等的排气处理,各种电子制品制造过程的排气处理,半导体集成电路、液晶显示屏(LCD)制造过程的排气处理,锂离子电池制造(电出彩形成工序、电解液充填工序)过程的排气处理,树脂、橡胶、轮胎等制品生产过程的排气处理,汽车维修店面、服装干洗店等分散源挥发性有机物排气处理。
