1、 中央吸尘系统安装

1. Installation of central vacuum system

1.1 主机定位根据吸尘主机选择的型号，按照施工图纸，确定主机位置。基本原则是主机底部离地面15mm以上，周围环境必须通风干燥。如果安装在室外，必须加装防雨措施。否则不予保修。

1.1 Host positioning: Based on the selected model of the vacuum cleaner host and the construction drawings, determine the location of the host. The basic principle is that the bottom of the host must be at least 15mm above the ground, and the surrounding environment must be ventilated and dry. If installed outdoors, rain protection measures must be added. Otherwise, no warranty will be provided.

1.2 24V信号线的连接：24V输出电源插座与信号线的连接必须用压线钳进行钳压，使用压线钳时要准确选用1mm2 的压口进行钳压。

2、 吸尘管的安装 吸尘主管道采用直径50毫米的PVC管材及配件，按照图纸实施安装，横向管网一般情况下安装吊顶内，竖向管网墙面开槽隐蔽安装。电线管采用直径16毫米的PVC电工管材随主吸尘管道或另辟路径安装，只要保证每个插口均有24V信号电源即可。

2.1 主管网选用直径50PVC吊顶安装：必须严格执行安装规程，固定装置（管卡、吊定装置，依此类推。如果管道只有2.5米长，那么两端各留25厘米，中间距离按不大于1米等份设置；如果管道改变直线安装，在转弯处起点25厘米处安装固定装置，原理同上。管道水平安装必须平直，无扭曲，无机械应力产生，管道锯口要整齐，用0＃砂纸将管口毛刺打磨光滑，用干净的布块将管口内外擦干净，胶水涂抹要均匀适量。

2.1 Installation of PVC suspended ceiling with a diameter of 50cm for the main pipeline network: The installation regulations must be strictly followed, and the fixing devices (pipe clamps, hanging devices, and so on) must be used. If the pipeline is only 2.5 meters long, leave 25 centimeters at each end, and set the middle distance in equal parts of no more than 1 meter. If the pipeline is installed in a straight line, the fixing device should be installed at the starting point of 25 centimeters at the turning point. The principle is the same as above. The pipeline must be installed horizontally and straight, without distortion or mechanical stress. The pipe saw should be neat, and the burrs on the pipe mouth should be polished smooth with 0 # sandpaper. The inside and outside of the pipe mouth should be wiped clean with a clean cloth, and the glue should be evenly.

2.2 墙面开槽埋管安装：根据图纸准确定位，墙面槽宽不得大于10厘米，深度8厘米，槽线必须用墨线定位，用切割机将线槽切出较明显痕迹后，再用钢凿进行开槽。管道在墙槽内应呈自然状态放置，不得有机械应力产生，且每隔1米用固定装置将管道连同线管一起固定。待管网安装完毕后，经过检查合格后用水泥沙浆将墙槽进行封闭，严禁管道高于墙的基准面。

2.2 Wall slotting and buried pipe installation: Accurately locate according to the drawings. The width of the wall groove should not exceed 10 centimeters and the depth should be 8 centimeters. The groove line must be positioned with ink lines. After cutting the groove with a cutting machine to make obvious marks, use a steel chisel to make the groove. The pipeline should be placed in a natural state within the wall groove, without any mechanical stress, and fixed together with the conduit every 1 meter using a fixing device. After the installation of the pipeline network is completed, the wall groove shall be sealed with cement mortar after passing the inspection, and it is strictly prohibited for the pipeline to be higher than the reference level of the wall.

2.3 信号线穿管安装：信号线使用1mm2 BV国标线，电线管使用直径20mm阻燃PVC线管。电线管安装一般情况下随主管网到各插口阀，也可以采用另辟路径进行安装，只要能满足使用要求即可。线管的固定方式采用直径20迫码贴墙、贴顶固定，固定迫码从线管起始点20厘米开始每隔0.5米一个，依此类推。线管的走向要合理，应该与电气安装形成一个统一综合体，所有插口阀处的信号线采用并联方式接线，且必须与吸尘主机处24V电源成通路状态。

2.3 Installation of signal line conduit: The signal line uses 1mm2 BV national standard line, and the wire conduit uses 20mm diameter flame-retardant PVC conduit. In general, the installation of electrical conduits follows the main pipeline network to each socket valve, or alternative paths can be used for installation as long as they meet the usage requirements. The fixing method of the conduit is to use a diameter of 20 to fix it to the wall or top. The fixed clamps are placed every 0.5 meters from the starting point of the conduit, starting from 20 centimeters, and so on. The direction of the conduit should be reasonable and form a unified complex with the electrical installation. All signal lines at the socket valves should be connected in parallel and must be in a connected state with the 24V power supply at the vacuum cleaner host.

2.4 管网试压后将墙槽用水泥沙浆填充，之后在上面用记号笔或其它醒目标志标明“内有PVC管线，请勿损坏”的字样，以防他人在不知情的情况下将吸尘管网损坏。

2.4 After the pressure test of the pipeline network, fill the wall groove with cement mortar, and then use a marker pen or other conspicuous signs to indicate the words "PVC pipeline inside, do not damage" on it, to prevent others from damaging the vacuum pipe network without knowledge.
