催化燃烧设备的氧化法的特点介绍

催化燃烧设备氧化法就是将VOCs工业三废在较低条件下进行氧化焚烧,在金属催化机理下转化成CO2和H2O。这类有机废气治理方法的主要特征取决于,在具体运行中,对预热温度的要求不高,VOCs工业三废处在无焰燃烧情况,进行净化后的阶段处在无焰燃烧情况,这样既可以提升有机废气处理的稳定性,又可对VOCs工业三废进行合理浓度和发热量操纵,从而减少有机废气处理费用。

The oxidation method of catalytic combustion equipment is to oxidize and incinerate VOCs industrial three wastes under lower conditions, and convert them into CO2 and H2O under metal catalytic mechanism. 2危废暂存库

现在国内过去的工业有机废气处理阶段所采用的催化燃烧设备法存在一定的缺陷,一方面,当催化剂载体与工业三废中的重金属、卤素灯泡和硫酸盐等物质混合均匀,及易发生无效状况,另一方面,当整治之后的VOCs工业三废浓度值比较低或气旋过大时,仅依靠易燃物点燃放热反应就难以维持催化剂载体料层所需要的净化的作用环境温度,因而,在设备打开、运行中还需耗费比较多的电力能源或然料。

The catalytic combustion equipment method used in the treatment of industrial organic waste gas in the past in China has certain defects. On the one hand, when the catalyst carrier is uniformly mixed with heavy metals, halogen bulbs, sulfates and other substances in the industrial three wastes, it is prone to ineffective situations.
