Rainwater and surface runoff protection: measures shall be taken to prevent rainwater and surface runoff from entering, which can block the rainstorm with a return period of not less than 25 years. Waste gas treatment facilities: To reduce the unorganized emissions of air pollutants, it is necessary to equip waste gas treatment facilities if necessary.
