二、流程沸石转轮+RTO有机废气处理工艺流程图三、原理含有机污染物废气进入沸石转轮,挥发性有机物大部份被转轮上的沸石吸附,而成为较干净的空气,这部份干净的气体排放至大气中。被沸石吸附的大部分有机污染物则进入再生区(Regeneration Zone),在此区完成脱附再生,该过程主要是利用高温空气将沸石加以脱附(Desorption)再生。经过再生后,沸石吸附的废气经脱附而成为高浓度的有机废气。这部分高浓度的有机废气进入燃烧器,以直热式(燃气式)焚化的方式,将有机组份转化为无害的CO2和水,以达到去除有机物的目的。

Check if there are any leaks in the pipelines and exhaust gas treatment facilities on site. 4. Is the regeneration desorption temperature of the rotary adsorption device normal. (It should meet the requirements of the "Technical Specification for Industrial Organic Waste Gas Treatment by Adsorption Method" (HJ2026-2013), and the temperature of the hot gas flow for activated carbon and activated carbon fiber adsorbents should not exceed 120 ℃.); Molecular sieve adsorbent, with a hot gas flow temperature not exceeding 200 ℃. 5. Check if the combustion chamber temperature is normal. According to the Technical Specification for Industrial Organic Waste Gas Treatment by Thermal Storage Combustion Method (HJ1093-2020), the combustion chamber temperature should be higher than 760 ℃. 6. Strengthen the operation and management of exhaust gas treatment facilities. Maintain and upkeep records, establish management ledgers, record key parameters of pollution control facilities operation, keep relevant ledger records for at least three years, and retain ledger records on site for no less than one month.
六、维修和应急停产停排措施1、若公司废气处理设施处理能力出现不足时,由维修负责人通知生产车间立即采用停产或限产的方法降低废气排放,保障排放的废气都经过处理并达标。2、当污染治理设施损坏时,维修负责人应即时通知车间停产,停止废气排放。3、当出现应紧急事故或设备损害等原因造成废气设备停止运行时,应立即报告当地环境保护行政主管部门。4、设备科每年定期组织一次污染治理设施意外事故的应急措施落实情况检查。
6、 Maintenance and emergency shutdown measures 1.
