　　二、地方特殊要求1、安徽省实施《中华人民共和国固体废物污染环境防治法》办法第五十条 产生易燃性或者反应性危险废物的单位，贮存危险废物不得超过一年。从事收集、贮存、利用、处置危险废物经营活动的单位，贮存危险废物不得超过一年；确需延长期限的，应当报经颁发许可证的生态环境主管部门批准。2、《广东省固体废物污染环境防治条例》第四十五条 危险废物产生单位确需临时贮存危险废物的，必须采取符合国家环境保护标准的防护措施，且贮存期限不得超过一年，并向所在地县级以上人民政府生态环境主管部门报告临时贮存的时间、地点以及采取的防护措施；超期贮存危险废物的，由其所在地县级以上人民政府生态环境主管部门责令限期处置3、《重庆市环境保护条例》第九十八条贮存危险废物不符合要求或者贮存期限超过一年的，由生态环境主管部门责令改正，处一万元以上十万元以下罚款。
